Sculptures, window displays, theatre productions and video projections - just a few of the works that are building character in the Downtown Eastside. And Wendy is proud of these artistic endeavours that are taking place in her neighbourhood. Through the concept of a “Side Alley Gallery”, Wendy used her Small Arts Grant to create a rotating outdoor gallery that promotes emerging artists.
