Rika is an artist from British Columbia, Canada working in brushed inks, watercolours and metallic leafing. His subject matter is the ocean surrounding the land he most loves; the Pacific Northwest Coast.
His locations are beaches and breaks found along the rugged BC coast and favoured by surfers for their waves as well as places of special importance to himself.
He hopes that his art will give these areas further value and appreciation and be a contributor in keeping them wild, protected and free.
