Over his 30-year career, Richard has published a magazine, created a collection of art for display at alternative fashion stores and opened his own gallery. His most recent venture consists of photographing the Downtown Eastside and producing street art posters. With his Small Arts Grant, Richard will photograph areas and buildings at risk of demolition or redevelopment. These photos will become part of a book that will include essays about Vancouver’s changing landscape.
