Quin first dabbled with art in high school and has had some formal training. He is fascinated with the terms insider and outsider when used to describe artists and works to explore strategies in which to break traditional boundaries. With his Small Arts Grant, Quin and Brendan Ellis developed “The No Fun Club” exhibit at the Interurban Gallery.
