Emma Sise is a visual artist, curator, and writer who currently lives and works mainly on the unceded territory of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations in Vancouver, BC. Her work is expressed primarily through textiles and found materials, and is currently most interested in expressing impulses touching on absorption, layered spaces, loose associations, and the valley between experience and representation. She holds a BFA from Concordia University and has exhibited in Montreal and Vancouver.
