Elwin Xie

Elwin grew up in a Chinese laundry on Union Street in Vancouver’s Chinatown.  Since reincarnation in the early 1980s, he has been involved with the Carnegie Centre – as a board member, theatre production assistant, and performer. His participation includes annual festivals and theatrical productions. To help advance his career in stage and screen, he will use his Small Arts Grant to produce an audition reel on DVD and create a portfolio of headshots.
