David Gowman

David Gowman, the Vancouver artist known as ‘Mr. Fire-Man’ has an ongoing project called the Legion of Flying Monkeys Horn Orchestra (LFMHO). More than a music project, the LFMHO mounts events that expect the audience to play a role in the completion of the art process, responding to cues, singing prompted parts in songs and even standing up to improvise with the band on wooden trumpets. A multi-media effort, the LFMHO is producing videos to compliment a 9 year history of engaged entertainment.
